Team, are you Excited?
The best is just getting better. Last night’s Corporate Power Hour Call broke all records not only for a Zija call but for the conference call company itself. There could not possibly be a more exciting time in any company in our industry today. We are flat rocking and there is no doubt with this second of three announcements Zija has given us all the horse power we need to hit a quarter of a billion dollars this year. The best part is we still have one more phase to announce next Period. With that said I would like to recap what was announced and in place, the concept behind it and the actions necessary to take full advantage of what we now have.
1. Fantastic new Enrollment Packages.
(The new Packages with Application document is both in your back office Library as well as in the new Zija University section on your back office home page) They Zija Personal System, Builder 1 and Builder 2 now include more weight management system product so a new Distributor can assemble more four-day samplers to begin to build their business and get a faster return on their initial cost to get started.
2. Zija is now Volume Based.
For all bonuses including Team 250, EBBs, SBBs and the 15% Team Commissions for three and six months respectively the requirement is no longer to start with a package but volume totaling the package pv. As an example any first order of any products that total 250 pv or more is the same as a Zija Personal System, 500 pv or more is equivalent to a Builder 1 and 1000 pv or more the equivalent of a Builder 2. For simplicity and duplication purposes, most important being the weight management system and sampler packs, it is strongly suggested that you encourage your new enrollees to start with a package. There will be rare cases where someone would like a product configuration outside of the packages and they can know build an order.
We know a major contribution for Zija’s growth in 2012 will be international markets. By shifting to a volume base for qualifications we can include international markets, who typically do not start with the complete product line, in the full bonus program. That is the goal in the next few Periods.
3. Enhanced Builder Bonus Program.
(The new document is both in your back office Library as well as in the new Zija University section on your back office home page) Each pair of two new Distributors who start with 250 pv or more and a 150 autoship you will receive a $50 Enroller Builder Bonus (EBB). Then when you help any of your new personals enroll their first pair of two distributors with a first order of 250 pv or more you will receive at $25 Sponsor Builder Bonus (SBB). It gets better, within the first four Cycles (weeks) after they enroll if you help them reach Builder 500 you will get an additional $25 SBB and if they achieve Builder 1000 in that time frame you receive an additional $50 SBB. That is up to $100 SBB for each personal you enroll!
What we have done is given everyone building their business additional incentive to not just enroll someone but help them start a thriving business and earn more income quickly. If we keep our focus on others we will active all of the goals we have set for ourselves. Isn’t that what success is all about?
4. Team 250.
(The Team 250 document is both in your back office Library as well as in the new Zija University section on your back office home page) An amazing Zero Overhead Business Model. Just think, people now have the opportunity to get started, have a strategy to market weight loss samplers to recover their initial start up cost and receive a free autoship each Period. It does not get any more attractive than that.
It is a very simple process, and as most simple things are, so much more effective. When you have enrolled two Active Distributors which means you enrolled two Distributors who have placed an initial order and are on an autoship you are now qualified in the compensation plan to earn commissions. Then each Period you personally bring 250 new pv on your team you will receive a free autoship the following Period. You can do that two ways, enroll a new Distributor with a First Order of 250 pv or greater and are on autoship or enroll Preferred Customers who’s First Orders total 250 pv and are on autoship.
What are the benefits of being a Team 250 Member each Period?
1. Gratis Autoship the next Period
2. Additional Zija Challenge points for each year’s Zija cruise or vacation.
3. Recognition from Zija for being part of the Team 250 club
4. A Biggy! As an Active Team 250 Member you can know receive up to $200 on First Order Bonuses. Non Team 250 members earn a maximum of $100 First Order Bonuses for any of their new personal enrollments.
The concept is simple. Become a Qualified Team 250 Member and maintain Team 250 status every single Period. If you aren’t a qualified Member each Period why would anyone on your Team be? Leaders must always lead by example. Promote the benefits to your current Team and every new person who enrolls in your business. Use this program as a key recruiting tool with all the people you talk to about Zija. If you duplicate this model your business will thrive beyond your wildest imagination in 2012!
5. Become a Team 250 Charter Member.
If you qualified as a Team 250 Member in Period 44 (last Period) and will receive a free autoship this Period or you become a Team 250 Member this Period (P45) to receive a free autoship next Period you will be part of the exclusive Team 250 Charter Membership group. The company will soon be announcing major benefits for those who are Charter Members. I’m a Charter member are you?
6. Zija University.
I am so excited we are a company-wide unified Distributor Team. Zija University was introduced last night and designed to give us the tools resources and strategies so all the Leadership groups in Zija can be congruent in how we get a new Distributor started and how to use the support tools Zija has given us. Zija U. training includes how to get a new Distributor started, videos on how to assemble a weight management sampler, videos with tips on building your business from top earners in Zija, product documentation and so much more. This is the beta version and will grow in very quick order and eventually become a stand alone website. This will be the glue that links all Zija Distributors together. Stay plugged in as we will be training on how to use the site on our Go Diamond calls, MIT calls and Team training calls. Take 30 minutes and go into Zija University and go through all the videos and documents. Print out the documents so you can learn and then teach from. Print extra copies you can have for your prospects and Distributors.

This is a general overview of all that was announced on the call last night. It is critical you go to the back office and print each new document so you have the official qualification requirements and rules. You are the Leaders who must not only learn but be able to teach these items to your Team and new Distributors. If you have any questions do not hesitate to call your upline Leadership to ask questions so you are crystal clear of what an incredible program we were given to build are businesses.
